You want a seat on the board without owning any shares?

Now I've heard everything... of course you don't own any shares. You knew when to dump. Around the time you issued the "FAMH posts .1085 EPS" release, I'll bet.

I guess paying for the room has broken you. I'll send you $9 so that you can purchase 100 shares.

Read your lying, thieving press releases!

Read the Texas (where Firamada is incorporated) Securites Act!

Since you are (all of a sudden) concerned with following the law, the Texas Securities definition of "fraud": F. The terms "fraud" or "fraudulent practice" shall include any misrepresentations, in any manner, of a relevant fact; any promise or representation or prediction as to the future not made honestly and in good faith, or an intentional failure to dis close a material fact; the gaining, directly or indirectly, through the sale of any security, of an underwriting or promotion fee or profit, selling or managing commission or profit, so gross or exorbitant as to be unconscionable; any scheme, device or ot her artifice to obtain such profit, fee or commission; provided, that nothing herein shall limit or diminish the full meaning of the terms "fraud," "fraudulent," and "fraudulent practice" as applied or accepted in courts of law or equity.

Does anyone else think this applies to Ira?

Hey, riddle man. If you own no shares as you state, when did you sell the million shares you received? Was it when you lied to shareholders about audited earnings of .1085? Was it when you lied to shareholders that audited financials were ALREADY submitted to the SEC? Was it when you lied to shareholders about the number of outstanding shares? Was it when you printed an article in Baron's that was obviously bogus and a subsequent conference call that helped perpetrate you lies? Was it when you released those ridiculous, bogus pro-formas that were obvious lies? WHEN ACTUALLY DID YOU SELL YOUR SHARES, RIDDLE MAN?

Was it when you announced that bogus share buyback? Was it after every glowing conference call from Miss Wonderful, Famh's resident shill? When did you say you sold those shares?

Mr. Monas, it appears from a previous post that the shareholder meeting has been postponed until January. How does this effect your plans? Is your meeting still on, or will you wait until January? Any clues?

Buddy

The new and improved PEP Boys - Arif, Mike & Bob

Well folks, you know the deal. If it ain't good, you ain't gonna get it, and there is a lot we ain't gonna get.

Mr. Monas, when and where is your shareholder meeting? You have to know that February's scheduled meeting won't happen either. I think after your meeting, shareholders should pay the PEP Boys a visit.

Buddy
