LE: Re: IM ..<<... of course you don't own any shares. You knew when to dump.>>

Consider.... IM's statement, "i don't own any shares", does not equal "Neither I nor a company controlled by me own any shares". Remember the "President" who received +/- $200,000 stock, and the way that was worded in notes to the '97 financials.

<<2) For the year ended December 31, 1997, the Company issued common stock totalling 1,000,000 shares with a fair market value of $200,000 to the Company's President and/or a company controlled by the President as compensation.>>

Granted, he also probably knew when to dump. Of course, this assumes the 1997 "President", and IM are the same. Those proxies he has could be from the "company controlled by".

The only redeeming facts IM could dredge up would be affidavits that pronounced he did not issue false or misleading press releases, and he did not issue statements in conference calls that were false and misleading. Unfortunately, the history of events indicate this cannot be the case. So, his next option is to claim coercion, as someone held his relatives hostage......... and the hole gets deeper and deeper.

Regardless of IM, the real crux of the FAMH problems sit squarely with AA. He had many, many opportunities, as an active participant and senior executive, and he has consistently chosen only one path to follow. Scre* you!

I expect the shareholder meeting will be held, and that all sorts of "pie in the sky" revelations will be made of how terrible the past executives were, and how great things will be. Watch for a "snow job", along with methods to control the questions, such as: 1)they must be submitted in writing (maybe even on special forms)at the meeting, and 2)only select ones will be answered due to time limitations, or not having the data readily available.

Hopefully, someone will be able to take copious notes, as a stenographer, or recorder, and pass them along.

By the way, where did those promised 1998, first three quarters, financials disappear to?????

Have a great "T" day.
