Some more news for you.

Per AOL.

Spoke to John Wednesday evening. His long term goals have drastically changed. September of 99 was a goal for NASDAQ. In the past 30 days John has been approached by three companies presently listed. Two of them have John very excited. He is in negotiations with each at the present time. From the horses mouth, we will be on NASDAQ prior to 2nd quarter of 99.

For those of you that continually state that financials should not be held up because of recent acquisitions are correct. They should only consist of prior quarters numbers. John's explanation to me for not filing was, that he could have filed in November but, with the inquiries and deals pending a filing in January followed by a merger onto NASDAQ would be explosive.

The companies in question want a finalization to acquisitions in progress and full disclosure on 100% of PRWT for the 4th quarter.
I asked John why he couldn't file in November and also file for the next quarter. He has given all preliminary financials and is working on getting everything as close as possible for filing after the end of 98 to each company. These two companies are taking him at his word until financials are filed. So talks continue. Neither will strike an agreement until audited financials are verifiable.

ESVS is not one of the two companies in negotiations. John did verify that. Although he would not clue me in on who they were. John will not put out a PR stating negotiations to merge nor will he put one out stating why financials have not been filed for obvious reasons.

He really feels that our company is special. At the end of our conversation he did say that he had been working on a couple of things that he hopes to complete in the coming weeks to wrap up 98.
We can expect a PR regarding the announcement of the new CFO. If everything goes by plan, we can also expect a PR on Belize.
