i don't get any charts and price depth is not updating either
bid / ask #s are changing but it doesn't change price and # of trades is "0" .... grrrrhhhh

Ron, thanks for your comments. It surprises me that no one at Greenline customer service mentioned to use Micromax because it is faster. I talked to the "tekkies" and they indicated it was an older version, and the website was better. Apparently, older is better.

For now, I will stick with the phone and ask for the on-line rate until I become familiar with Micromax.

As for what you wrote: you would think they would have the resources & man power to speed & simplify online discount trades.

I honestly believe that it is not in their vested interest to do so, at least right away. I believe the brokerages feel that it will severely affect their full service brokerages, and this is not desirable yet for them---people dissatisfied with on-line trading may return to full service. Also, the brokerages don't want us to get in as fast as they can, because we create market forces they can't control or predict and screw up their own trading. Just some thoughts FWIW......
