I do not believe that USAI will do a runup similar to MALL.
Most importantly it has a float of almost 52m shares vs. MALL's 4.1m float.
Look at EGGS vs. COOL or ONSL. Because EGGS has a much larger float,
it does not move as fast or as much as its competitors
Also, it owns "only" 63% of ticketmaster vs. 80% of UBID.

I would be surprised if this baby goes to 40 or above.
