Took a closer look to find out what's wrong with these people. Something is not right. Income statement is showing 0.02/share loss on fully diluted basis which means there are a ton of options or warrents out there, because that would mean over 179 million shares, but they say only 31 million are issued and 60 million authorized.

Well I found the rights plan, so that gets us to 62 million, I saw some options, but they don't add up to nearly 100+ million even if they get to have rights attached to them. Maybe these people are just crooks and deserve to get sent down to BB status. Sorry Susan, I know you bought this at a rather high price. Hope you can get out at a more or less reasonable price.
