Dennis, thanks for the report. If you are in touch with Lisa, would you mind asking her a couple more questions?

1. How many shares does NG still hold?

2. What is the effect of Singapore the tax cut on CREAF, and what is the time frame for its implementation?

Thanks and happy Thanksgiving,

Brian

Dennis, another question for Lisa:

With the new Model 88 table radio by Cambridge out, how does CREAF plan to market it? It seems like they have a great opportunity with their extensive retail network. But this product has the potential to sell in other places where CREAF does not have a presence...basically any retail chain that sells electronics.

And although you can order the product online, I have seen nothing to even signify that it is available. With a product that can go head to head with Bose (both inu quality and price), CREAF seems to be wasting one of their best opportunities. This is their chance to break into the (real) retail market, and gain market recognition for the cambridge name (for other consumer audio solutions).

However, this (25% of average volume) rule doesn't apply to block trades

Dennis,

Do you understand how this loophole works? Does Creaf just have to pay a premium to an MM to get them to accept a block trade which the MM would then split for resale? Isn't that just business as usual, or is the restriction tighter than that?

Looking at the action today, Creaf could have picked up a lot more shares than they did, still at a bargain price. My guess is that they have not yet hit 2 million repurchased and time is running out. They must be worried about hitting some constraint (apart from the 10% total limit)?
