Meals on wheels in Wisconsin? Hey, want to hear something funny? I was reading the local rag from last Sunday and there was an article about how Whitman, the governor, has driven NJ debt up to 14 Billion; a record. Aside from being tempted to short NJ I keyed on a statement which, somehow, was supposed to justify this. It said NJ has the wealthiest per capita population in the country after Alaska. Yes, it made my jaw drop and threw my posture askance as well. Guess I'm going to have to get my walkin' around pistols nickel-plated as a fashion statement.
