Dweeb? No need for name calling, Steve. All I asked is, are you getting paid to find plaintiffs? Simple question. Go ahead and sue if you want, I don't care. I tend to think it was an FDA problem, but go ahead, sue, and we'll find out. And it won't hurt SBTK much, it'll get settled in a year or so for a few million. Nobody but the lawyers, a few selected "lead plaintiffs", and maybe some consultants/etc. ever get any real money from class action suits anyway.

So do you get paid by the lawyers for finding them plaintiffs? Why are you asking people to contact you? What are you going to tell them that you can't post publicly here? I think you should answer, so everyone knows how *you* are planning to make money on SBTK.

Dennis

Steve,

Find me but ONE shareholder lawsuit where the shareholders recouped more than $1.00/share if you can. I know of none. The only one who makes a killing on the suit is the lawyers and that is why they are so anxious to file them on any stock that gaps down.

Don't bother wasting your time.
The only people who profit from shareholder lawsuits are the lawyers.
They take years to resolve, shareholders get pennies, company suffers from legal expenses and diverted attention by management, lawyers get richer. You'll get relatively nothing in a settlement, and most likely a lower stock price.
