Another internet stock group has picked up on NM. Here's the release from them. Get in early to beat the rise.

Our new play is a stock called National Media (NM:NYSE, 11 1/2
dollars). National Media is a direct response (infomercials) television
and electronic commerce company.

This Thanksgiving weekend, National Media launched their E-Commerce
Virtual Superstore -- everything4less.com. If that doesn't sound alarm
bells in your head already, read on.

Everything4less.com is offering over 800,000 name brand products,
including books, movies, cameras, computers, toasters, etc. etc. It is
much like a Costco set-up; a yearly membership costs $72/US a year, but
the first million subscribers get $75 in pre-paid long distance calling
as an incentive, through an agreement with SmartTalk (NOTE: THERE IS NO
CASH COST TO NATIONAL MEDIA FOR THE LD CALLING CARDS). Members get large
savings over other E-Tailers. You don't have to be a member to purchase
items on-line; you just save more if you do.

Everything4less.com offers a 90 trial membership, a guarantee to
beat other e-vendors in price, and free two year extended warranties,
plus the right to haggle over prices.

National Media broadcasts more than 3000 hours of TV programming a
week through their infomercial business, reaching 370 million households
worldwide. National Media will be able to use this TV time promote the
hell out of Everything4less.com. Automatically you are taking away the
problem of getting your site recognised through this combination of TV
and the Internet.

People who aren't on the Internet can order items through a 1-800
number.

They are launching a massive advertising campaign this weekend
featuring the "Mom's of TV" starring old television mothers from Happy
Days, the Brady Bunch and the Partridge Family.

National Media will not only generate revenues from the sale of
products on the site, but also from the sale of memberships.

The site will be powered by Cendant's Netmarket. While all of the
technology, etc. belongs to Cendant, National Media will still make
money off of the sale of items on the site. Imagine an independant
computer reseller selling computers made entirely out of parts that his
company didn't make. Everybody makes money off of the sale of one
computer, including the reseller, who has to get people to his store,
etc. Cendant just provides the means to do that.

Given the ten times normal volume on Wednesday and recent frantic
buying of anything and everything e-commerce related, we will be adding
NM to our portfolio first thing in the morning on Friday. We are hoping
that this stock won't be noticed until after the holiday weekend.

Rick:

I think that NM is one of the better values among the E-Commerce companies... I started buying and will continue to buy up until about 20.00...
