MarginMike, they always seem to make IPO statements and 10Ks etc cover all the possible negative points they can think of and I suppose it is so buyers and others can't accuse them of being deceptive, fraudulent etc. If they say what they will achieve, I suppose they also need to say what can go wrong.

I agree with that idea. It helps remove doubts people might have. By holding the closet open and pointing out the skeletons makes them so much less scary. On the basis that ignorance and the unknown are much more scary than possibilities which are known about. By exposing these risk factors, they reduce FUD [fear uncertainty and doubt].

PS: Cobalt, how about we all forget about the KAL007 discussion. It got started almost by mistake with Rajala ranting about something which I can't even remember now. I don't want to continue. Sorry.
