<<<<Lets see if its big downgrade material for THQ...this baby is going down..fast...$25 tommorow morning.<<<

Perhaps.

I understand that yesterday Bugs Life was first in theater attendence with Rug Rats second. On CBS radio this morning they asked a little girl why she was standing in the rain awaiting the Macy's Day parade and she said she wanted to see the Rug Rats balloons.

The estimates for this quarter are likely to be revised upwards.

With respect to the uneven royalty split if it is true, it represents a 33% increase in royalty cost over a 50/50 split. That may not be particularly material. It will not be a real factor until this time next year. By then THQI may be talking about doing WWF over The Internet and the royalty expense may well be considered a bargain.

Steve,

Pretty unlikely. A single post on Yahoo is not going to generate a downgrade on any stock. Even if the post were accurate the impact of a disapportioned distribution, i.e., 2/3 and 1/3, of royalties would not have a large impact on the bottom line.

Other than the net stocks, the market should be pretty slow today.

Best Regards,
Jim
