No one (except perhaps the ex-SIMer contingent) wants it to go away.

Let's say there is an ex-SIMer contingent that does want this company to go away. Don't you think they hold enough shares to make it do so or at least make it next to impossible for this company to get listed anywhere, ever?

That being the possible case, why would a new investor even want to look at this stock as a long term investment, especially since there are so many other stocks out there right now that are doing so well and without all this baggage?

But, no - that prize goes to the fellow on Yahoo who claimed, with an
air of authority, that the market-maker was just taking a long vacation,
and that ESVS would be back trading on NASDAQ on Monday.
