First off, I hope your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day and that your desserts went far and wide.

Now, back to Zulu. Perhaps, under the current alignment those ex-SIMers did (or do) have a more powerful role than was originally thought (comments of Bob Smith). Is it possible that with the initial 20% integration of Zulu-tek into ESVS, that Zulu-tek, at the time of the deal, itself, became not large enough to absorb any ex-SIMers protest, due to their strong porportional holding of ZuluMedia? Remember, the ex-SIMers could only protest what involved ZuluMedia, not what involved Zulu-tek. And that battle, if it happened, was waged at the Nasdaq level

So if the ESVS/ZULU consortium continues to grow in OTC Land, the ex-SIMer piece of the pie gets smaller and smaller in terms of its force of representation in the larger picture. Doesn't it?

Besides, anyone investing in this company would do so precisely because it is a growing company and not one which has already achieved pubity.
