The site you never had is still available at 198.207.140.21

Have you learned what the "overnight bank" is yet?

The primary difference between ARCA and ISLD is that ARCA can access all pools of NASDAQ liquidity. An order entered into ARCA can trade with all ECN's and market makers. ARCA can access ISLD, INCA, REDI, BRUT, STRK, MLCO, GSCO, MASH etc. Closed systems like ISLD or INCA don't offer the ability to reach other ECN's or market makers.
ARCA's outbound routing filled an estimated 65 million shares, during November, in addition to its internal fills on the NASDAQ. This brought our November total fills to approximately 140 million shares. We are proud that we could bring this type of additional liquidity to the NASDAQ market and our clients.
