It is quite unlikely for a TELECOM giant to be a subContractor to a
PRIME that is a second tier Company,

There are no parallels that I am aware off. Do you have any documented reference.?

PaT: The term Exclusive supplier without details can be stretched in many directions. An exclusive Supply agreement is only meaningful when it's contractual period of enforcement is defined.

Surely CHINAPOST, a Govt owned Corporation is not likely to enter into lifelong agreements. If so, what is your estimate of the duration of this exclusive agreement.
