It is quite unlikely for a TELECOM giant to be a subContractor to a PRIME that is a second tier Company, There are no parallels that I am aware off. Do you have any documented reference.? Lucent and Ascend each got a part of the China Post contract. NN also got part of the China Post contract. NN's portion is for the backbone and this portion is exclusive. ASND and LU are sharing some access business. If you have information that varies from this, please post. Giantism didn't affect the choice of equipment. Either you have it or you don't. Pat
