NAVR currently owns 85% of NetRadio.

Now, say NetRadio becomes a separate company, while will be the case when it IPOs. For example, say it has 10 million shares outstanding, then NAVR owns 85% of that, or 8.5 million shares of NetRadio stock. Now NetRadio goes public and opening day opens at $90/share. NAVR now has an investment in NetRadio worth $90(8.5 million) or $765 million. This has to then be divided up equally among NAVR's outstanding shares, which say is 12 million shares. This would mean 1 share of NAVR is worth at least 765 million/12 million or $63.75/share. Wooo hooo, VERY NICE NAVR $63.75/share. Hope that helps.
