Dennis, in the proxy, it states Mory has 1,523,843 shares of common stock. I'm not too concerned about him selling 25,000.

Hey, ASND'ers, I've been away from ASND for several months. Back then it was a fore-gone conclusion that LU was going to buy ASND very soon after Oct 1st. What happened? Is this still alive?

Also, how likely is it that LU would go for a smaller player, say FORE? Fore's looking pretty decent given the expected ATM boom. Takeover stuff would be icing.
