It just makes ASND a volatile stock. The shorts can raise the question about "why is management selling" coupled with anything else then can find as a reason in the market, and the stock reacts more than others where management compensation is not through shareholder dilution.

The effect is ASND is a day traders dream. Guess that is why Tim keeps coming back. Bet his tax return looks great on ASND day trading profits.

I still like ASND and if it gets hit into the low $40's, I'll be back.

Later, (-8 Dennis 8-)

Look again. He applied to sell 25,000 shares on both 11/10 and 11/4. That's 50,000 to me. Could be more or less than normal. The fact that he is selling at all causes me concern. Maybe it shouldn't, but it does.

Tim is not wrong on volume either. 21.8% of normal today. That is pretty low in my opinion. NN is 2 times normal volume today. But hey what do I know...
