Tom Dorsey on CNBC (Dorsey Wright etc ) Just discussed CPQ. He said he would not be in a rush to buy; that it is trading in a $34-38 range; that it reminds him of Waste Management - a maturing company that has fallen into a turgid trading range having difficulty moving its stock price up. If you have CPQ, he says, now is the time to SELL and buy something else.

On DELL, he said it is in a strong upward trend, but right now is retracing. If it hits $61 it will go to $50. But this will not break the long-term upward trend. He said it was in a triangular formation which he likes (sounds like sky-diving).
