Here's another recipe that should help everyone get through the rest of the Football season! Braunschweiger Spread -------------------------------- 8 oz. Braunschweiger 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 tsp Caraway Seed 2 tsp Minced Onions (freeze dried) 2 tsp Ground Mustard Powder 1 tsp Dill Weed 1 tsp Minced Garlic Combine cider vinegar with caraway, onion, mustard, dill weed and garlic in a small dish and set aside. Place unwrapped cream cheese and braunschweiger on a microwave-safe plate and warm for 90 seconds. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and braunschweiger. Next mix in the spices. Blend until spices are evenly distributed. Cover bowl and refrigerate (two hours minimum) until served. Serve this spread with rye bread party loaf or your favorite cracker. ------------------------------------------ Best regards, Tom
