It could break this stock up 20 points if CNBC corrects their error
on air and states egghead is also a retailer and AUCTION site !!

Power lunch....You made an erroneous statement just now on live TV..

PLEASE get your facts STRAIGHT.  EGGHEAD sell a lot more than software!!!

I have looked for the filing you mentioned and don't see it anywhere in EDGAR. Are you short EGGS by any chance?

Hey, maybe he did- a 144 is merely an intent to sell-
we'll have to wait for the Form 4 to see whether he sold at the top (i.e. today).
He's a smart guy who knows when the getting's good.

Yeah, I think Monday will be a little lower. ;-)
