I think the key valuation factor is internet revenue. Without looking, I would guess Yahoo et al are at revenue multipliers of over 100. At about $6 mil of internet revenue, this would put BNYN at $600 mil mkt cap for the internet segment alone. Add in $100 mil for the software business, and they're worth $700 mil or $40 per share. They were at $3-$5 for most of the last year and they're now at $10. Of course look at where Yahoo was a year ago. YHOO stock has grown ten-fold. So that puts BNYN at $30-$50.
