I, too, hit a dead-end while trying to find out about the CPQ offer. The technician I spoke to said it is very new because the mirror site that he uses doesn't even list it. He gave me the same number as you to call & get a password, but I haven't tried calling it yet since you said you only got a message. He suggested calling back on Monday. I presume they have to verify that you are a shareholder to be able to take advantage of the offer (whatever that may be). I did use their call button on the web page & was very impressed by the immediacy of the response from Compaq. I clicked the call button & my phone rang immediately saying it was Compaq on the line.
