The S-3 appears to just be the registration of shares owned by primary owners of the two recent acquisitions (Diversitec and United Tech). Nothing unexpected there and it doesn't necessarily imply they we will be selling anytime soon. Interesting close Last three trades after the close included two 7500 share blocks at 8 5/8 followed by a 10k block at 8 11/16.
