With all due respect for Mr. Liviakis and his firm,......he is when all is said and done a small-cap stock promoter......that's not neccessarily a bad thing, but...............I don't think the likes of DLJ...whose analyst was on the last Conf. Call,.....will initiate coverage while the Liviakis firm is still promoting and handling IFCI's Investor Relations... Mr. Liviakis was a great asset IMHO, when IFCI was in it's infancy.......but now ,I don't know...Any opinions? Frank
