Why sell at 57? Because I want to BUY A HOUSE!!! :-) The last time I hesitated to buy a house and got greedy, I paid for it dearly...waiting 6 MONTHS!!! (Yes, I'm referring to earlier this year!!!) Since then, the house prices in San Francisco has skyrocketed...and if I wait any longer, it may end up too expensive for me to get into the housing market. We've put our lives on hold because we want this house! This is my way of keeping myself from getting too greedy again. I don't want to wait anymore!!! Cheers, Joanna
