Hello all...new member here, have a few questions... I've noticed from the posts that a lot of you are buying humongo amounts of shares...I would like to do this too, since it can yield humongo gains...but if I buy more than 1000 shares, I get, oh, shall we say..."jumpy". Do you buy these shares in smaller blocks, as the stock goes up, or banzai-all-at-once? And what kind of stop loss do you use? Do you always sell your entire position on an opening gap up, and buy it back on the first pullback? Of course, I realize some traders have million dollar accounts, and can absorb bigger losses, but I have a 100k cash account, and can't afford to take too many $10,000 hits! All replies are appreciated...

To All: If you trade with ETrade and got a bad fill on NAVR or AMEN today, please place a trade inquiry and tell them about the delay. I placed a trade inquiry and got two of my orders changed. ETrade changed my buy order of NAVR at 11.3125 to $10.1875 E*Trade changed my buy order of AMEN at 12.25 to $9.625. I now officially made more money today than any other day. Amazing, considering the market closed 3 hours early. I'm going out to celebrate now with my wife and brother in law. I'm going to SLO Brewery in San Luis Obispo, California. If any of you can make it in the next two hours, dinner and drinks are on me. Tokyo, my wife and I are planning a trip to Kauai in August,99. We should have a SA Party on the South Shore of Kauai, I will make the arrangements..... NASDBULL

I just cleared 46 thousand to invest. A certain amount of safety is needed as it is in a pension plan. Any suggestions? MARVIN
