When To Sell...

Rob:

It depends on what type of investing horizons you have... Taking a 25% profit is nothing to be sorry for... $1000 traded 10 times for a 25% profit grows to over $9300...

Real growth can be attained with longer term holds on companies with good growth records... MSFT, INTC, DELL, probably were easier to hold than trade for most people...

So it all comes down to who you are... If you're short term oriented you sell... If you're long term oriented you hold if the fundamentals point to good earnings and revenue growth...

Personally, I'd be happy with the 25% gain on most trades...
