The financial statements were delayed one quarter because of a
private financing deal due to major expansion of the company.
I hope this subject is closed. The 10Q will be coming out shortly
into 1999.

I find your post a little strange. Your friend phone is taped I find that hard to believe. I hope that you are telling the truth and the company has a lot of great news. If there was something big in the works then the stock would be begin to move higher. It is very hard to keep good news a secret some how it leaks out. I hope you are right because I own a lot of shares.
