Dan I appreciate the note, but considering what I've just stated in my last post: Message 6595123 ..I'm not too sure that anything I've stated could be blessed as altogether accurate, nor anyone else's assertions for that matter. To be accurate would require a knowledge of present day cultural habits of Chinese-style project administration in this industry-specific venue. For all I know, they're using the same rules and assumptions that were used to create the Great Wall. In any event, it makes for interesting discussion, just the same. And by the way, that wall is still standing.
