Frank: I was very surprised that you feel that Moonshot type Contracts are different from the everyday mundane type. Indeed the principles are absolutely identical when you sign up to buy a House from a Builder.

Even when one builds a house on ones own lot, and acts as GC, one floats separate tenders and enters into separate Contracts for each specialization/trade. They are not combined into one Contract.

The procurement of non identical Goods and Services is always broken up into component lists & tendered and contracted for separately as distinct and separate Contracts either by the Owner or the G.C.

The introduction of the "Moonshot" scale is irrelevant to the issue.
