I have found out that PANAMERICAN is actually a spinoff of Executive
Mortgages of New York.

It is Executive that is funding the whole project.

Right now Panamerican doesn't care about the share price because they are buying up
the float slowly.

Those that hold on now, are going to make out, big time.

Executive is a huge company.

Executive Mortgage is renting the offices that PanAmerican is in. Executive Mortgage is
the one that signed up for the telephone in PanAmerican's office.

Do a telephone search for Executive Mortgage Corp, and you will get the 300 Wheeler
Road address in Hauppauge, NY.

Panamerican was started as a new corporation separate from Executive
Mortgage for several reasons. #1 Panamerican would start out all of its products with
zero debt. It got an influx of capital from Executive interest free that is forgivable.

Secondly, Pan America would assume no debt or liabilities from Executive Mortgage.

#3 PRWT was bankrupt and the video phone merger was falling apart so
Panamerica got their 400 million shares for a song. .001 each.

Now they have controlling interest and a mother load of shares to buy
companies with.

1ST year revenues are estimated to be in the range of $1.75 to $2 per share once all of
the acquisitions take place.

Look forward to more deals soon.

Yes, it is a very good possibility. Realty Money Center is geared up to write 100 million
in mortgages a month. The health care business will bring in much the same.

Insider trading already has more than 170 people trading, and once the trading rooms
open in Garden City and Boca Raton, the membership should surpass 2000.

All in all if the earnings targets are not met in FY 1999 then by 2000 they will.

PanAmerican will be up there with the Morgan Stanleys, and Merril Lynch.
