Sam, I obviously expect more of men than you do. I expect that a fifty-year-old married man with a daughter in her late teens will have the maturity and general ethics to control himself, to just walk away when an obviously emotionally disturbed twenty-one-year-old comes on to him, instead of entering into a "relationship" where he uses her sexually over and over again for a year-and-a-half. At least, I would require that of men I respect. I would agree that Clinton and Gingrich are similar. Gingrich had an affair and insisted that all the sex be oral so that he could deny later that he had a sexual relationship. These guys are alike in so many ways--brilliant on occasion, learned intellectuals who have very little self control or discipline, and are pretty much tragically flawed as the result.
