Now Dipy, you and I both know that by the time the 2000 elections come around, this will all be ancient history. He will be a damaged president and Gore will need to distance himself from the Clinton legacy. There is just no other way this will go. Hope you had a happy Thanksgiving.

Dipy, The Repubs are in power in Congress for two more years. The Monica story will be a smelly dead cat by then. Anyway, the impeachment process is now a criminal proceeding and the wheels of justice will turn no matter what the American people have to say. I don't know why the Demos are whining so much. Bubba will probably survive the vote in the Senate. Just like Andrew Johnson, he can limp out of office and get buried in the pages of history. -john
