PT, the lawsuit by Colvin alleges fraud.

It is apparently your opinion that ZULU did not commit fraud, but that doesn't change the fact that the lawsuit alleges fraud.

And that is exactly what Brady said - that the lawsuit alleges fraud.

BTW, if I were you, I'd sue Matchbox University for that law degree you seemingly just picked up.

I don't know where you got this cr*p about only being able to prosecute fraud in a criminal court. That doesn't make sense, because it leaves individuals who have been defrauded without any recourse - without a way of recovering damages. The purpose of criminal courts is to punish. The purpose of civil courts is to provided restitution to damaged parties.

Parties who are damaged by fraud often try to get a criminal prosecution first, because it saves them money (the state or fed is paying for the prosecution) and then they can bring an open-and-shut civil suit assuming a convinction in the criminal case.

Anyway, you are JUST PLAIN WRONG on this. Fraud is a tort, and is the basis for a large percentage of civil cases.
