Brady said "they" "ex-simmers" sued, Brady didn't say Colvin sued. And when Colvin did sue, he sued the "ex-simmers" also, in a petty employee/employer wage contract dispute.

And employee/employer contract dispute does not significant incidence of fraud make. And such a dispute pales in consideration of what one assumes "fraud" to be. And I'm sure Terry would agree, most lawsuits are inflated in order to maximize damage returns, inflated not only in dollar value but also in language used.

So, ultimately, since Brady was implying "they" sued Zulu-tek, he couldn't have been implying that "he" sued Zulu-tek.

I see you just picked the 'big guy' for your team.
