Here is my response to your first question: DO I BELIEVE PANAM IS/IS NOT WORKING TOWARD BEING/BECOMING A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!! ** I would like to believe so for everyone's sake, however in my Opinion the Jury is still out. There have been SCAMS out there in Penny Stocks that would make your head spin! MTEI and USXP are classic examples. Review there threads and news releases and you will throw up especially the ones that lost 90-100% of there investment!!

In response to your second question: DO I HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT WE ARE BEING INTENTIONALLY MISLEAD BY THE OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY AND ARE IN FACT BEING "SET UP " FOR DISASTER IN THE END. Again, the Jury is still out on this matter also. Many including myself have been mislead by some employees and officers of Pan Am. John Schmitz told me that the Belize Models were already on the ships containers back in august and wood be erected during september! John also told me that the CNBC commercials were already taped by the end of August fo September release. MTEI, is another classic example on how the OFFICERS did conspire to commit fraud and intentionally mislead investors with bogus press releases. MTEI, took every investor by surprise and was a disaster in the end!

In response to your third question: DO I THINK THAT GENUINE EFFORTS ARE BEING MADE IN CENTRAL AMERICA, AND DO I THINK THE RESULTS WILL ULTIMATELY BE POSITIVE? OR, DO I BELIEVE THAT WE ARE BEING LIED TO ABOUT ALL OF IT?? The fact that PRWT does not release any updated on the news wire service relevant to Central America tells me that if in fact PRWT has some business in Central America, it will be many months possible years before we see any revenues. Pan Am has lied to us before, who's to say that they are not now. Everything on Central America is pure speculation and Hype! With out the 10Q, your guess is as good as mine!!

In response to your question number four. DO I RECOGNIZE THE POSSIBILITY OF LEGITIMATE DELAYS IN THE QUARTELY FINANCIAL REPORTING, OR, DO I THINK THE OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY HAVE NO INTENT TO PUBLISH FINANCIALS. There may or may not be legitimate delays. If there are legitimate delays then provide some information via news wires relevant to the break down of revenues to date and what the break down for projected revenues. If PRWT can not get a detailed 10Q out to the investors then provide as many verifiable facts about the company's financial condition as possible. I believe that PRWT is stalling the 10Q as long as possible and refuses to release any financial details because they are trying to hide the fact that PAN AM as produced limited revenues and accumulated massive debt!!

In response to your fifth Question. WHEN/IF FINANCIAL REPORTS DO COME OUT, DO YOU SEE THEM AS BEING GOOD/BAD/INCONSEUENTIAL. IMO, PAN AM WILL NOT RELEASE THE 10Q UNTIL THEY HAVE POSITIVE NUMBERS TO REPORT! I would estimate that we will not see a 10Q until the second or third quarter of 1999, and only if they can make the connections!
