KAA, I would rather be an informed shareholder than one left in the dark. From what you have said these filings will bring to light what happened in the past with the OLD CVIA and what is occurring to correct these problems under the NEW CVIA. This sounds like positive information to me. Have a good one. John

Kieth, I have one favor to ask of you. I always seem to have trouble searching the SEC site for info reguarding CVIA & all. I'm not sure if what search engine etc... I should be using and never seem to find a thing. If you would be able to, please post the exact www address for your 10KSB when it is posted. BTW, just to head concerns off at the pass... I assume the SEC will take their own sweet time before actually posting the 10KSB on the web or public review. Am I right or am I right? Thanks for all the hard work, Mike
