New dueling rules for Brady, PartyTime, Aleta:

1. At any point, a post can be viewed as an incendiary, inflammatory post ("the Bait"). This shall be in the sole discretion of the person feeling offended (the "Baitee") and in the Baitee's sole discretion, but must be so identified by the Baitee in writing..

2. Once a post has been identified as Bait by the Baitee, the Baitee shall have one post not to exceed 100 words to provide as much ridicule, scorn and condemnation as possible against the original poster (the "Baiter").

3. The Baiter shall then have one post not to exceed 100 words in an attempt to match the ridicule, scorn and condemnation of the Baitee's post.

4. There shall be one last post by the Baitee in rebuttal to the Baiter's response to the Baitee's objection to the initial Post.

5. At this point, three non-participating posters shall score the argument on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest. The Baiter or Baitee with the highest score shall be declared the victor of that one series.

6. The official scores will be retained in the archives by this writer, and at the end of each month a prize will be awarded to the person who has won the most rounds.

"when in actuality your desire is for me and everyone else to bash it"

I've mentioned this before, but I think it's time to mention it again:

If one were a company insider - and most especially if one were in a position of control - and wanted to illegally profit from that relationship with a company, it would be a lot easier influence the company negatively than to influence it positively.

It takes genius (or luck, or both) to build a profitable company.

Any idiot can run one into the ground.

The easy way to make money on stocks - if you have no scruples - is to control a company's stock, and then short it while running the company into the ground.

While I hope that is not what is happening here, you have to admit that the actions of management over the past year would be consistent with this scenario...

>>>No Party you are doing just what everyone now expects you do. You are dragging this out and blowing it up to make it look like you are taking up for Zulu when in actuality your desire is for me and everyone else to bash it.

You antagonize the situation as much as possible and make feeble attempts at reverse psychology.<<<

Brady, I think you're having a bad day of intepreting reality here. Either that, or Aleta fed you something in the cookies she sent you. [Just kidding, I know nothing of Aleta sending cookies to Brady.]

Brady, you unfairly pinned a fraud allegation on the company I've invested in. There is nothing of the kind. Admit it! I don't like what you have done, and I've called you to task on it. The truth is the truth, and you are leaving an unfair and distorted impression.

>>>If you hadn't said anything and hadn't started spouting off, trying to make a mountain out of a molehill, this would have gone no farther than the one post I made.<<<

Had you spoken accurately or at least more theoretically, instead of in absolute, terms this debate never would have grown. Furthermore, had you admitted your mistake, this debate never would have grown. Instead you sat back and felt comforted that Jon and Aleta joined you. I'm sorry, pal, but you missed the boat on this one.

>>>The articles are there. Anyone can read them. If they want they can look it up on the court docket. As for me, I know what I said, you know what I said and everyone else knows what I said. If you want to bash zulu, do it in a forthright manner and quit using these feeble attempts at mind games. People can see through them.<<<

I DO NOT BASH ZULU!!! YOU HAVE DONE THIS!!! Did Aleta adopt you? What happened to ya? You're out in space with these kind of allegations. Yes, by all means, check the court dockets; but also read the 8K filed with the SEC relative to there being no lawsuits.

>>>Aleta is absolutely right, you are splitting hairs.<<<

She has adopted you, hasn't she?
