No. I don't believe I was commenting about Brady at all. Just that Exhibit 2.10 would have the information about how many and what the litigation is all about. It would be good to see that for sure don't you think?

TO BRADY: You're very fortunate. You have good friends on these threads. Jon, Aleta and Terry--and I'm certain even you, yourself, by this point--all knew and know that your post was inaccurate, distortive and, at best, speculative in so far as Zulu-tek and lawsuits are concerned. But they defended you. Even HIGHPLANESDRIFTER would not admit you were wrong. The fact is you are wrong on this one and it's not surprising these folks backed you up since they, too, have long been speaking negatively about Zulu. This, in essence, becomes an example of how the negative side can not and will not recognize a truth. And when it's staring at 'em right in the face, they'll deviate from the issue and try to make me, PartyTime, as an example, the issue. The truth is clear, whether the negative camp wishes to acknowledge it or not: Your remarks were wrongful and misleading--"ex-simmers" have not, based on present available information, sued Zulu-tek for fraud.
