well if he has the time to go through years of depositions and pre-trial motions to protect his integrity and can demonstrate that the his and other insider sales just before the cuc announcement as well as the removal of the option repricing issue from the shareholder ballot were on the up and up as well as all of the class action suits; then fine. what the hell, the trial would certainly gain a lot more positive press for cd than the 1.7 million share bailout by hs on feb 5 and 6, 1998.
