USAI has ALREADY made its move on Ticketmaster ipo

USAI - 52 million float
Ticketmaster - 7 million float; $10 underwritting.

If Ticketmaster goes opens up at $70, that is a 600% increase.
USAI just climbed up from $25 (52 million shares)from the ipo mania.

USAI owns 70%.

USAI - you have to deal with 52 million shares compared to 7 million.
Therefore, I think USAI has possible reached a top equivalent to
Ticketmaster opening up at $70.

I come up with the top being around $37 based on that number of
shares.

If ticketmaster opens lower, USAI may experience a fall.

S.W.
