You're really stretching it, JT. You're really stretching it.

You're actually acting like a Ken Starr on this one. Have you realized this yet? Indeed, Starr kept to definitions similar to what you are trying to cling to. Like Starr not dealing forthright with the the human element of what Clinton did or did not do, you similarlily are not dealing forthright with what Brady actually said.

Now, are you willing to finally and truly interpret Brady's remarks, the specific ones which caused this whole sha-doo? (pause) Ah, I didn't think so.

General question for you, JT:

If you were promulgating a lawsuit, would you, yourself, pad the list of charges to make the whole thing seem more horrible than it is, in order to beef up your case?

Or answer these specific questions:

1) Do you believe the value of ZuluMedia is 200 million dollars?

2) Or is this figure derived from "ex-simmers" padding their allegations in order to obtain a higher compensatory award against Softbank Holding and Ziff-Davis, if any?

3) Why wouldn't Bob Colvin, or his attorney, in his employment contract dispute, also utilize such amplification?

4) In the wider picture, isn't an employment contract dispute quite petty compared to what Brady was alleging had happened?

5) Do you think someone is guilty of something if they haven't been convicted?

Jon, I'd love to see, from you, an answer to the general question and five answers to my four specific questions.
