Word on the street is that they are going to announce the purchase of Knowledgewell (the company Priest was running before returning) within the next two weeks. Seems to me to be another case of insider dealing. These guys don't appear to have learned anything from their past mistakes. IMO, blaming the interim management team for the failings when McCabe and Priest jumped ship with major $$$$$ in hand and are now returning to "save" the company is a joke. Although I'm no fan of shareholder lawsuits I hope these guys get what they deserve. It's got to be a strong case for so much enthusiasm from the Lerach's of the world.
