I posted last week that I was told EDII anticipates the filing Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

Just got off the phone with John Stump and I ask if he still expected release this week .

He said , at this time this still appears to be the case.

They have and will continue to answer any questions the auditors have.

He said they do have all the paper work to back up the number's.
So, at this time we all must wait and see.
