To Brandt: There will be no merger betweeen Checkers and Rallys. It is all a hoax to try and get a price hike at other people's expense. I am not going to fall for their line any longer. I say, sell it so I can have some losses on stocks that I made money on. LouKY

To Brandt; I just purchased 3000 shares of rallys today for less then 50 cents a share. My broker said now is the time to buy because most of the investors has sold out for their tax losses. LouKY

To Braynt; I have been following Rallys for some time now and finally broke down and bought three thousand shares. I got that article that came out in the the newspaper about Bill Foley buying up Checkers and Rallys. He is now going after Hardee's and plan to merge them all into CKE Restaurants. Do you think this guy is for real? What do think if I went out and bought three thousand more shares? I can,t find out any newa on CKE Restaurants. If you know then drop me a line and tell me.
