Sounds like they're just blowing smoke - trying to make it look like the company is more attractive than it really is.

Altair's Plan encourages responsible bids

My guess is this is a subtle way of soliciting a buyout offer.

<<Altair is the 100% owner of a large titanium/zircon mineral deposit in Tennessee. >>

Since when did ALTIF buy this deposit in Tennessee.
ALTIF has a lease on this property, to mine for whatever.
Can ALTIF continuing misrepresent the facts in press releases?????
Can someone notify the SEC, about ALTIF consistent pattern to
misrepresent it's stake in Tennessee?????

Sure is a Nice Day
Michael

What's this all about?

This PR is intended to help with the hype.

It is interesting to note that ALTIF has issued a press release about a shareholders' rights plan, but never issues a press release on its quarterly/annual results.

As most investors do not read the SEC filings, this is intended to ensure that they only know about the issues which can be hyped by the newsletters and touts.

Regards.
