CDKnet.com Inc.
GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1998--Technology Horizons Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: THCX; the ''Company'') announces that it is
changing its name to CDKnet.com Inc.
This action is being taken to recognize the singular importance of its Internet and E-commerce based wholly owned subsidiary, CDKnet, LLC. The company's
overall operations and the growth of its Internet and E-commerce business account for 100% of the Company's operations. ''As our company continues to grow, its
technologies, products and services are finding broader use in the rapidly expanding Internet market and we expect to be a key player in the world of the Internet'',
said Steven A. Horowitz, CEO of Technology Horizons Corp.
CDKnet's convergent technology, CDK on a CD is experiencing expanding use by Companies in a broad range of industries. CDK(tm) is now being used as a
marketing tool for driving Internet traffic to Companies' web sites and proving itself as a important component of their Internet marketing and merchandising
programs. CDKnet is developing Internet based marketing and promotion programs using CDK for leading Companies in the financial services, resort,
entertainment, pharmaceutical, sports (including professional basketball) automotive, motel, cruise lines and beverage industries. Many of these Companies are

Garden (New York Knicks), Trimark Home Video, Weight Watchers, MTV Networks, EMI-Capitol Entertainment Properties ( E-Prop), Wind-Up Entertainment,
King Biscuit, MegaForce Records and J-Bird Records, Mutiny Records and Ignition Records for its proprietary CDK(tm) and PC(tm) Game Player technologies
and is currently engaged in discussions with other major film studios, recording labels, recording artists, broadcast networks and Internet access providers.
